At Rooted in Grace Therapy, individual therapy is a sacred space for reflection, healing, and growth. I believe every person’s story matters, and each journey deserves compassion, understanding, and care.
Individual therapy offers a supportive and confidential environment where clients can explore emotions, process life’s challenges, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether you are navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress, or major life transitions, you are not meant to walk this journey alone.
My approach is grounded in grace and guided by evidence-based therapeutic practices, while honoring the mind, heart, and spirit. Together, we work to uncover strengths, build resilience, and nurture emotional wellness. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, it is about discovering what is possible and becoming whole.
I serve children, adolescents, and adults who desire a safe and encouraging place to heal, grow, and rediscover hope. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and support you in the process of becoming who you are meant to be.

Group therapy at Rooted in Grace Therapy is a place of connection, encouragement, and shared healing. I believe healing is strengthened through community and that no one should feel alone in their journey.
Our groups provide a supportive space where individuals can reflect, learn, and grow alongside others who share similar experiences. Through guided discussion, psycho-education, and therapeutic activities, group members are encouraged to express themselves, build healthy coping skills, and gain insight from both the therapist and one another.
Group therapy is especially powerful for those experiencing grief, life transitions, or emotional challenges, as it fosters understanding, validation, and hope. In a nurturing and respectful environment, participants are invited to share their stories, listen deeply, and grow together, rooted in grace and strengthened by connection.
Each group is facilitated with compassion and care, integrating therapeutic principles with faith-informed values when appropriate. My goal is to create a space where healing takes root, relationships are built, and transformation can begin.
Group Therapy may include:
Grief and Loss Support Groups
Emotional Wellness and Coping Skills Groups
